Processing & Shipping Times

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us.

To ensure all orders are packaged with care, please allow for your order to be processed and shipped. For domestic standard shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and 3-5 days for orders to be shipped. For domestic express shipping, please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed and and 1-2 days for orders to be shipped. For international orders, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and check the AusPost website to see updated estimate shipping times. An automated confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

For urgent orders please contact us before placing the order to ensure we are able to ship it to you before your required date.

We sincerely apologise in advance if your delivery has been delayed. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a delivery.

 

Shipping Policy
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
  • If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your package from  the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges to return the package to you.
  • Any packages returned due to an error on the purchasers end (incomplete or wrong address) will not be refunded and a second postage charge will be required to resend the package.
  • We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions, customs clearance procedures or global events.  Items that are delayed are not covered for a refund if they are unfortunately delayed but eventually successfully delivered.
  • All our packages require signature on delivery for delivery confirmation and security reasons.
  • Any items damaged during transit will be exchanged after the damaged product has been returned to to us and checked.  Please see our Refunds & Exchanges Policy for information on faulty or damaged items. 
  • In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service provider. The inquiry may take up to 2 months to conclude.
  • We do not ship to Mexico and Russia. Certain international carriers also do not ship to PO Boxes and US Military APO or FPO addresses.
     

    THE SILVER COLLECTIVE does not ship to Mexico and Russia. DHL does not ship to PO Boxes and any US Military APO or FPO addresses.

GST & Sales Tax

Please note that GST and tax calculations are based on the country specified in your shipping address. Any customs duties or taxes that may incur as deemed by your country's legal regulations shall be borne by the customer, hence it is advisable that you check this with your local authorities prior to completing the order.

If a customer refuses to pay custom charges or an international package is left unclaimed, the package may be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. There will be no refunds for packages that are not claimed or refused.
