General
All our jewellery is made with a 925 Sterling Silver metal base and with either 14k - 18k gold or Rhodium plating and a protective e-coating. An e-coating (electrophoretic coating) is a process of depositing a transparent mixture of acrylic or ceramic particles onto the surface of a piece of metal to protect the metal from scratches and wear. This increases the durability of our jewellery and decreases skin reactions and tarnishing.
All our jewellery is nickel and lead free, perfect for sensitive ears and skin. This reduces the risk of skin reactions due to nickel allergies.
We use quality high graded AAA+ cubic zirconias that are durable, shiny and clear. All materials used for each piece are listed under each product description.

Please note: everyones skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to our products.

One of our goals is to be as sustainable and ethical as possible. Our manufacturers have been chosen to reflect our mission in being as ethical as possible.
Our jewellery is ethically sourced and manufactured in China, with suppliers that are verified and certified safe work environments committed to quality craftsmanship. Our manufacturer utilises recycled metals, such as 925 Sterling Silver, and are committed to being a sustainable manufacturer. Our prices are listed in your local currency AUD, CAD, NZD, USD, EUR, etc. Currency is set by the geolocation of the customer. You can switch currencies at the bottom of the website. Mamuśka Jewellery is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers banks.

All earrings are sold as a pair unless stated otherwise in the description.
Yes, gift wrapping is available. You can select gift wrapping at checkout and select which items you would like to be gift wrapped.
Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been shipped. However, if you require your order to be amended prior to shipping we would be happy to assist. Please Contact Us. We do offer returns for an exchange or store credit, please find further details regarding our Returns Policy here.
Customers must provide Mamuśka Jewellery with complete and accurate details when making purchases. We are not liable if a customer provides an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional postage due to incorrect delivery details are the responsibility of the customer.
Most items will be restocked unless it is discontinued or limited edition. You can sign up to be notified when the product becomes available on the product page.
Sometimes we will release certain items on pre-order, meaning the item is being manufactured and is purchased in advance. The product is expected to be shipped out on the date stated on the product page and you will be notified via email when the product has been shipped and be provided with a tracking number.
Please note: The expected date is only an estimate and we recommend allowing extra time incase of delays. If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order separately.

A limit of one discount code may be applied to each transaction. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding WA public holidays) depending on the shipping method. Customers will be emailed tracking details once orders are shipped out. Shipping time estimates are available at checkout.

After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled or declined at any time due to an inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by Mamuśka Jewellery. We will contact you if your order has been cancelled or declined.
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If your transaction is flagged in our system as suspected fraud, we will check your order by contacting you to ensure that the purchase has been made by the credit cardholder. We will report all fraudulent transaction information to the Australian Federal Police and banking authorities.
We strive to provide quality jewellery and hope you never receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item. Unfortunately, these issues can sometimes arise, and we do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please Contact Us as soon as you receive your order. Please include images of the damage or fault so that it can be assessed further. Our team will guide you through the process of resolving the issue.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, AMEX and AfterPay payments. PayPal is available for express checkout and for payments with credit cards that are not listed. You can also pay for your order using a gift card or store credit.
For a seamless checkout, you are able to use your saved payment and shipping information through Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes, we offer various buy now pay later options.
Afterpay is available for orders over $50 for customers in Australia or New Zealand.
Klarna is available for orders over $50 for worldwide customers.
ZipPay is available for orders over $35 for customers in Australia or New Zealand.
PayPal pay in 4 interest-free instalments is available for orders over $30 for customers in Australia or New Zealand.
Gift cards can be used during checkout by inputting the gift card code in payment section.
Gift Cards do not have an expiry date, however, they are not refundable. Mamuśka Jewellery cannot replace or reissue gift cards that may be lost or stolen. Treat gift cards like cash.

Sustainability and utilising eco-friendly packaging is important to us. Our orders are sent in a recycled FSC cardboard mailer box with recycled acid-free tissue paper, acid-free crinkle filler, recycled water-activated packing tape and recycled card stock and envelopes. All of which are 100% recyclable. Our mailer bags are 100% compostable.
Our custom Mamuśka Jewellery boxes and cleaning cloths are a keepsake and are intended to be re-used. However, the jewellery boxes are composed of recycled FSC cardboard and can be recycled. We also try to pack multiple pieces in each jewellery box to limit wastage.
We are committed the the NoIssue Eco-Alliance, whose mission is to support and empower the shift to sustainable business practices by building a community (of businesses, makers, and brands) that can be better together. For every order placed, the Eco-Alliance plant trees in areas in need of reforestation.
We also aim to reduce waste, limit printing, recycle and reuse paper as much as possible. When we process exchanges, we reuse the original mailing box (if possible) to again reduce wastage.
We require signature on delivery to ensure your package has arrived safety. However, by selecting “Authority to Leave” with the shipping provider you hereby authorise to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery. Mamuśka Jewellery will not replace or refund items that you do not receive if delivered without a signature.
Mamuśka Jewellery accepts returns or exchanges for eligible items. Returns or exchanges must be submitted by email within 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders from the date of purchase.
The following items can be returned or exchanged:
- Full priced items (other than earrings and engraved items)
- Incorrect colour or size purchases
- Faulty and/or damaged items

Aftercare
We recommend removing all jewellery before washing your hands, showering, working out, swimming, applying beauty products, using cleaning products, handing chemicals and sleeping. As the jewellery is plated, please avoid any foreign substances that may wear down the plating. We suggest not applying lotion or spraying perfume directly on to your jewellery. Please wait for your skin to absorb your lotion or perfume to dry before putting on your jewellery pieces.

To clean your jewellery simply polish the metal using our included microfibre cleaning cloth.

We do not recommend having any Mamuśka Jewellery pieces engraved, as this will void the warranty.

Terms & Conditions
Sign up to our VIP List to be sent a discount code to receive 10% off your first order. Code is valid for one use only on for your first order and can only be applied on full priced items.
